I can't thank Ian enough. I brought in a subwoofer damaged in a lightning storm. Ian told me he'd look at it and if he couldn't repair the item there wouldn't be a charge. Because I was going to be out of town for an extended period of time I told him I was in no hurry. Ian worked on the subwoofer multiple times over the next few weeks. Unfortunately it was eventually determined the subwoofer was damaged beyond repair by the lightning strike. Although he worked on my subwoofer many hours, he refused to take any money for the time he spent trying to fix the problem. Ian is a man of his word. Thank you, Ian
